Thomas SPADONE
Engineer from Centrale Paris, I started my career in industry. Péchiney, Imerys, Vicat and Solvay have enabled me to develop skills in France and abroad in the management of industrial businesses, industrial sites, in the management of post-acquisition integrations, in the creation of M&A strategies and the management of P&L.
In 2015 I joined the world of health as Managing Director of the Biomnis medical biology laboratory to ensure its integration into the Eurofins Scientific group. I was then in charge of building the strategic plan and business development for the specialized biology activity (genetics, anatomocytopathology, biobanking and IT services). I then completed this experience in healthcare with a COO role within SYNLAB, European leader in clinical diagnostics.
2018 marks the birth of my company ANTARIA Consulting which has the desire to support companies from the world of health in the complex businesses they face. I started with the support of the sale of FAMAR to the DELPHARM group and then the post-acquisition integration of the anatomocytopathology activity of the Unilabs group.
Ralph ECKENBERG
Doctor in biotechnology (Institut Pasteur – 2000), I completed my training with a university apprenticeship in computer science for biology.
I start my career in the international project ” HumanGenome ” where I lead the implementation of the automatic genome annotation pipeline. I then pursued my career in two successive start-ups publishing software for life sciences. This experience allows me to consolidate my profile as a computer expert for biology. I then joined Dassault Systèmes and took responsibility for a software product portfolio dedicated to the digitalization of R&D activities (preclinical and clinical phases) in the pharmaceutical industry. In 2016, I founded the start-up Traaser which aims to facilitate the use of genomics in medicine (software application to help interpret NGS, platform for prescribing genetic tests). Fundraising, strategic and operational direction as well as marketing will complete my experience.
I joined ANTARIA Consulting in 2021 where my expertise covers the fields of health with a greater focus on R&D activities in the pharmaceutical industry, and on digital applications in R&D as well as in the optimization of the patient care pathway.
